This cue offers two uses in one. The area where the silver colored ring is actually has a quick release break away joint for jump shots that occur during the game. The forearm is birdseye maple with an ebony stained maple sleeve which has the white “5280” overlay design on it. This cue has a wood-to-wood faced joint with a 3/8” spiral pitch pin.
This 5280 cue features a Canadian hard rock maple shaft with a 13” pro taper. It measures a standard 58” and comes complete with an Ivorine III fiber linen ferrule. This cue has a Red Line tip by Tiger, made with seven layers of Pigskin. This tip has a Red Line situated on the third layer that provides an efficient alert system for tip replacement. Available in weights of 18-21 oz.
