Ebony and rich-figured bubinga create this striking cue. The forearm and butt sleeve are ebony and the decorative rings follow the same pattern, with twelve bubinga windows into ebony and black and bubinga rings surrounding them. The sectioned handle is figured bubinga with two ebony and bubinga rings between the three sections.
Each Downey cue comes with two 13mm shafts with a 12.5” taper, and dymondwood joint protectors. Each cue also includes moori medium-hard laminated tips and linen-based laminate ferrules. The joints are flat faced and use a 3/8 radial brass pin. The type of joint and the pin lends to the playability of the cue. Measuring 58” long they are available in weights of 18-21 oz. Because each cue is individually made and no two are exactly alike, wood grains and patterns may vary slightly from cue to cue. Includes two shafts and dymondwood joint protectors. Availability:
