Standard Delivery
We ship Mon-Fri, primarily via UPS. We use US Mail for PO boxes, APO/FPO, and all other addresses outside the continental US. Extra freight charges may apply due to the quantity, weight, or nature of items ordered beyond shipping and handling charges listed.
Rush Delivery
We ship Mon-Fri. We can ship most prepaid or credit card orders by Next Day or 2nd Day UPS at an additional charge. Not available to PO Box or APO/FPO. Rush orders must be placed before 1pm CST to be processed the same day. For Next Day delivery add $44.50 to the standard delivery charge and for 2nd Day delivery add $22.50. Oversized or heavy items will require an additional charge per item. If your order does require additional shipping charges due to weight you will be contacted by a sales representative before your order ships. For orders placed on Friday via air services, 1 day air will be delivered on the following Monday and 2nd Day air will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Delivery time is based on business days and excludes holidays and weekends.
Special Shipping Requirements and Charges
Oversized and heavy items require an extra charge for Next Day or 2nd Day delivery in addition to the standard charges. You will find this clearly indicated on each item included. Add standard delivery fee, rush delivery fee and add:

2-Piece Cue Shipping
To ship a 2-piece cue to us for return or repair, please use a 1/8"-1/4"-thick wall, round tube that is 32"-34" long. Tubes are available at most UPS stations, carpet and drapery centers, art stores, etc. Wrap the cue in several layers of newspaper for protection. Include your name, address and phone number, cue repair instructions and form of payment. Do not send in cue cases.
